🌟 How do I subscribe to Constellation Guide Pro?

Open the App, tap the Settings icon or navigate to the upgrade screen, and choose a subscription plan (monthly or annual). You'll be prompted to confirm with your Apple ID. After purchase, Pro features unlock immediately.

❌ How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel, go to your iPhone's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find Constellation Guide, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for unused time — for refund requests, contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.

🔄 How do I restore my purchases?

If you've reinstalled the App or switched devices, tap Restore Purchases in the App's settings or upgrade screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If the restore button isn't visible, try signing out and back into your Apple ID in iOS Settings.

🤖 The AI Sky Guide isn't responding — what should I do?

The AI feature requires an active internet connection. Please check that:

• Your iPhone has Wi-Fi or cellular data enabled
• Constellation Guide has permission to use the internet (check iOS Settings → Privacy)
• You're not on a restricted network (school/work networks may block AI services)

If the issue persists, our servers may be temporarily unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes or contact us.

💥 The App is crashing or behaving unexpectedly

Please update to the latest version of Constellation Guide from the App Store — most crash issues are resolved in updates. If the problem continues after updating:

• Try force-quitting and relaunching the App
• Restart your iPhone
• Reinstall the App (your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will restore automatically)

🗺️ The sky map doesn't seem accurate

The sky map uses your device's location and orientation sensors. For best results:

• Make sure Location Services is enabled for the App in iOS Settings → Privacy → Location Services
• Calibrate your compass: wave your iPhone in a figure-8 motion a few times
• Step away from large metal objects, electronics, or magnets that can interfere with the compass

📱 What version of iOS is required?

Constellation Guide requires iOS 17.0 or later. It is optimized for iPhone. If you're running an older iOS version, please update via Settings → General → Software Update.

🌙 Any tips for the best stargazing experience?

For optimal results: go outside on a clear night away from city lights, let your eyes adjust to the dark for 10–15 minutes, and hold your phone up toward the sky. The AI Sky Guide can tell you the best times to view specific objects from your location!
